About Us
Austreim’s was founded in 1973 by Doug Austreim in Flandreau, SD. In 1996, the company moved it’s base of operation to Brookings, SD. It has continued to grow and expand into various areas of landscape services, covering Brookings and it’s surrounding areas of eastern South Dakota. Doug’s shoes were filled by his son, Al, who now runs the daily operations of the business.

We focus on hardscape installation, plant design, lawn services and all other landscape needs.
Our Qualifications
Our staff is adequately educated and trained in their line of specialties. Team members spend time learning the newest and most efficient ways to get the job done. We take pride in our employees qualifications, which may include: bachelor degrees, associate degrees, arborist certifications, and licensed applicators.
